Jeanne Bell has joined Colt’s Plastics Co. as sales executive. Bell brings her prior experience and knowledge of compression and injection manufactured cosmetic packaging in both the prestige and mass channel retail markets from Portola Tech International. She has worked with both domestic and international customers developing stock and custom cosmetic and fragrance packaging, and is also a member of the Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) organization.
